Day 6 - June 28th Kansas City, Missouri

We left Dodge City, Kansas and traveled to the National WWI Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, Kansas

After we left the hotel in Dodge City we traveled 335 miles to Kansas City, Missouri to the National World War I Museum and Memorial. Once there we started out by playing a concert outside in 100 degree weather. It was HOT! Ray Oster's son met us there and we got to meet a legacy descendant of the early years of the Scout Band. Later we toured the WWI Museum which was full of guns, howitzers, uniforms, and tanks from that era and the war. We ended the evening at a local restaurant known for it's Kansas City style BBQ.
