Day 1 - We're on the Road Again!
We met on June 28th at 6:00 am at Camp Belzer to load the Band Truck and our Tour Bus for the trip. We had to load all the American Flags along with everyone's baggage, band instrument and uniforms. We took our Departure Group Photo and we were on our way. This was mostly a travel day with a sack lunch stop somewhere in a cold and rainy rest stop on the Interstate in Ohio. Later, we arrived in Gettysburg a little later than we expected, but we still were able to get dinner at General Pickett's Buffet Restaurant.
