Day 5 - June 27th Dodge City, Kansas

We left Grand Island, Nebraska and traveled to Dodge City, Kansas

We left Grand Island, Nebraska and traveled over 300 miles to get to Dodge City, Kansas. There we toured the Boot Hill Cemetery and Dodge City Museum having lunch in the period Beatty-Kelley Restaurant. Sarsaparilla seemed to be the drink of choice by the crew. The Boot Hill Cemetery was next to the street scence and the Crew worked their way through all the museum displays in each of the Dodge City Street buildings. Later we set up at the concert venue two blocks away then came back to watch a shoot out on the Dodge City Street. Then we went back to the concert venue and played for people on horseback.
